H2 Green Quest Homes was formed by a partnership between Ryan Schultheiss of Green Quest Homes based in the Cleveland, OH area and General Contractor Harry Howard. Harry has over 30 years of construction experience in the Cincinnati area including working for Kurlemann Homes and, for the past 10+ years, through his own construction business, H2 Custom Homes. Since 2019, H2 Green Quest Homes has built homes in the towns of Blue Ash, Madeira and Montgomery in the Greater Cincinnati area. Our goal is to build quality, well-designed homes that stand the test of time. At any given time we typically have a spec home or two going and we can also build on your lot!
